Order payments

This policy applies to Floreva Blessed Pixiu bracelets bought from tryfloreva.com.

Orders are paid in full at checkout. They are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.

Order changes and cancellation requests

For help with your order, email support@tryfloreva.com. Include your order number or the email used at checkout.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot ship within the estimate for your order, we will contact you with an update. You can agree to the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

30-day trial and breakage guarantee

Wear your bracelet for 30 days after delivery. If you do not love it, or if it breaks during those 30 days, choose your money back or a replacement.

The guarantee covers single bracelets, bundles, pre-orders and discounted purchases. Wearing the bracelet does not make it ineligible. Breakage is covered during the trial.

You do not need to return the bracelets. Refunds under the 30-day guarantee cover the full product purchase amount, including the full amount paid for a bundle. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
