Refund policy

30-day trial and breakage guarantee

This policy applies to Floreva Blessed Pixiu bracelets bought from tryfloreva.com.

Wear your bracelet for 30 days after delivery. If you do not love it, or if it breaks during those 30 days, choose your money back or a replacement.

The guarantee covers single bracelets, bundles, pre-orders and discounted purchases. Wearing the bracelet does not make it ineligible. Breakage is covered during the trial.

How to get help

Email support@tryfloreva.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number or the email used at checkout, and tell us whether you would like a refund or replacement.

We will confirm your request and arrange your chosen remedy. You do not need to return the bracelets.

Refunds

If you choose a refund under this guarantee, we refund the full product purchase amount, including the full amount paid for a bundle. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after we confirm your request. Your bank or card provider can take additional time to post the funds. If you have not received the refund after 15 business days, email us for help.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your bracelet arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us so we can put it right. The 30-day breakage guarantee also covers a bracelet that breaks after you begin wearing it.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
